Ippudo tastes like Ippudo no matter where you are in Japan; that classic tonkotsu broth can be found anywhere in the country as well, and sometimes you just need to know what you're getting into. Nothing special about this one, or any of them for that matter, but it still reigns as one of my favorite consistent ramenya. if only it tasted like this in the US locations...

It is not so spicy and you must also choose the tenderness of the noodle. I added more Veggies to me. I asked to keep the pig (Kashu) for my son because he's not crazy about Chashu.
