I stumbled upon Josh t... read more I’m back in Clear Lake getting my mom settled for the summer, and I’m always excited to check out what the local breweries have to offer. I stumbled upon Josh the Viking at a local liquor store, and I’m so glad I did. While some DIPAs can feel heavy, Josh the Viking is crisp and smooth, with delightful grapefruit notes and a touch of sweetness—maybe even pineapple—with a balanced hoppy bitterness at the end. I would definitely recommend it and plan to make the drive to Osage next time I’m in town.

Both beers we had... read more We visited the first weekend of October and the joint was hopping. IMHO the Oktoberfest marzen was on par and at least as good as Sam Adam's. Both beers we had were perfectly cold and the staff was welcoming and nice. Great place to stop at and quench a thirst.

Next time we go back we'... read more My friend and I stopped in at Limestone brewery and tried some of their home brews. They also have axe throwing on Saturday and Friday. Next time we go back we'll definitely be trying the axe throwing. They offer two different kinds of wine from the frisky fox as well as a large variety of their own beers! I would definitely recommend stopping in at Limestone brewery if you are in the Osage area!
