Vista Grande - Osage Beach

I love spinach and chicken chimi. The restaurant itself is the typical Mexican cuisine with great service. Our waiter, I wish I remember his name, was really funny and never left us without drinks or chips and salsa. We visit Vista Grande at least once a year on our annual trips to the lake.

Okay for an American Mexican restaurant. First, I have to say that our server Kyle, whose twin brother also works there, was a very good service with a lot of personality. The food was a bit dirty for us since we travel twice a year to Mexico and eat the right offer, but it was better than most at the lake. The black beans mixed with rice were pretty good. Too bad most Mexican type restaurants do not give you a selection of black beans or the ever-present pinto-bean push. The Tamales are also better than most in the area. Not bad for a wish-eater...

Wow, what a find! Great chicken chim with spicy white cheese sauce. The black beans and rice were phenomenal. We'll be back.

Best margaritas. The best margaritas at Lake Nuff said.

GREAT WINGS OF ALL THINGS!. Really good buffalo wings, and fried ice cream.
