What Calvin Mead doesn't like about Bonnie Cafe:
Went in this morning, my wife and I brought in our travel mugs of home brewed coffee because we just don't like most café coffee. The waitress was very rude about it, she said it was rude and ill mannered and asked that we never do it again. So we left without ordering. In my opinion, she was the rude one, this is the age of the coffee shop and it should not be a big deal if I want to bring in my own. We do this almo... View all feedback.
Stopped by for lunch. Food was good and hot. French dip was delicious and the crinkle cut fries where perfect.

We do this almost every Saturday in JC and when we left, we went to the Rusty Rooster and they had zero issues with us bringing our own coffee in. I won't be back to Bonnie's.
This is our regular, weekly place to get a solid, tasty, family meal. It's had a lovely reno, and the place has a laid-back, comfy vibe. For the most part, the servers are friendly and welcoming, and a couple of them are just wonderful!! The food is delicious, homey, comfort food. If it comes out of the kitchen and it's not exactly the way you wanted it, ask for ut to be corrected, no worries The other day, I had one of THE best club sandwiches I've eaten in a long time. Last week, l had a country fried steak sandwich and fries, A ! My husband only eats breakfast, the plainer, the better. He'll have a simple cheese omelette, hashbrowns, and French toast. Yes, you can get a yummy order of French toast as a side! The food come pretty quickly even when they're busy, and there's lots of parking. We LOVE this place!
We had a spit fire for a waiter. She was so good. The food was on spot. Prices were good too.
We walked in and where sat by the hostess. she took our drink order and was nice. we then had another lady who we thought was our server, but another lady brought us our food. after that, we had yet ANOTHER lady come over and ask us if we needed anyreorders for our all you can eat breakfast. she then brought us our food and tickets and we saw no one after that. it felt likewe had 4 different people taking care of us. it was very confusing. the food wasn?t the best ethier. really greasy sausage andbacon, undercooked egg, and more. and at the very end of our dining experience, we where over charged on our ticket even thoughwe explained how it needed to be split many different times to the lady. overall was not the best experience at all. had a goodtime eating with my brother for his birthday though :
