Short ! overcooked pasta, imm... read more I don't know how it is for appetizers, but with quick lunch it's a tragedy. Cacio e pepe ?? which had zero in the original recipe. Short ! overcooked pasta, immersed in tasteless broth, zero guanciale, zero pecorino romano, and too much pepper. A dish with boiled potatoes stralesse and tomatoes poorly cleaned and full of seeds past ripening. The only good thing is water, coffee and the bill. 8 euros, not much, but it wasn't worth more.
