Very happy that this DQ has finally reopened! With the new owner, this location has definitely improved. The staff are always very friendly! One improvement I would suggest is with the malts. Every time family or friends have purchased malts, (at least 10-15 by now), there have been balls of malt powder….as in 90% of each spoonful or sip from a straw has a gob of malt powder. Very happy that this DQ has finally reopened! With the new owner, this location has definitely improved. The staff are always very friendly! One improvement I would suggest is with the malts. Every time family or friends have purchased malts, (at least 10-15 by now), there have been balls of malt powder….as in 90% of each spoonful or sip from a straw has a gob of malt powder. I don’t know if blending the malts better or occasionally stirring the powder in the container would be helpful, but it’s kind of off putting.
The new owners in ortonville location have really made this place so good Better quality food and super employees
The Dairy Queen has re-opened after being closed for months. All new workers. Happy to see the restaurant open again.
Great service. The new owners have really made this place amazing!
I ordered the $7 meal with chicken strips and upgraded to onion rings and both the the chicken strips and onion were fried way too crispy.
