The pizzas were great (quite a variety of options! , as was the service. The owners speak wonderful English which was a God-send, considering how poor our Italian is! The atmosphere of the place was amazing and we felt right at home. It is always great to be the only non-residents in a place....the locals always go to the best places. We would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Pescara or Ortona area.

I have to admit that the owner and his wife made our night one of the most memorable experience of our holidays. Strongly recommend that spot. Promise you will not regret it.

Our children were crazy about the pizza and gnocchi! If you want to experience true, authentic Italian food, you MUST visit Kitchenetta while in Ortona.

I ate there not only once, but... read more I was traveling through Ortona in the Abruzzo region of Italy, and this restaurant was recommended to me. I was not disappointed! I ate there not only once, but twice totally delicious meals each time! The pizza was some of the best I have ever eaten and the seafood pasta dish I ate had such fresh ingredients all combined just right to make the perfect flavors. Be sure and save room for the special desserts! The owners, Alessandra and Christian are warm and friendly and even speak English, I felt right at home! I highly recommend Kitchenetta!
