The food was excellent, I never ate such a delicate pork fillet and the asparagus tips were fresh and crisp. The highlight for me was the apple calvados sauce, that there was also one with pepper and Jack daniels, also that was delicious, but the other just my taste. The service was professional. Kevin always made us feel special. On Saturday was the great celebration and my parents and two more couples were in La Vette. They all slept well, my father praised the pillow. The breakfast buffet was also heated. I will visit La Vette again and can only recommend it to anyone who stands for good food. I wish you a great success!

When we arrive on Friday, despite Corona, we have received an open and warm welcome from service manager Kevin and have been accompanied in our room with all precautions. The suite is stunning and gives you a small VIP feel. The menu that Chef Marvin made for us was a poem. Wild herbal salad with a fabulous vinaigrette, then wild-catcher cloves with a garlic cream, as an intercourse a ball mangosorbet with in-house champagne. Until here we already thought that it could not be any more. But far missed! The following main course consisted of an excellent and at the point gegarten Dry Aged Steak from the regional butcher with ratatouille and rosemary spices and a Crème Brûlée for the lower kneeling of Patisserie-Chefin Carolin. The beautiful thing about La Vette is that you do not have to dress up for such a pleasure or behave in front. Here, cyclists meet a flame cake and a wheat, girlfriends to the maiden table on a glass of wine and a summer salad and leisure gourmets are not too short. Unpretentious, relaxed, warm and tasty. The food kept what it promised. We tested from different appetizers and ate a main course each. Everything was great. It tasted very good, we would recommend it and also like to go back to eat.
