The menu is very standard Japanese, but just exceptionally well made. Everything was good, the sushi, the miso soup, the rice, the grill dishes, but my special recommendation goes to the sashimi. Here it is all about the ingredients, the freshness of the fish. The must have a tuna and salmon fishery in their backgarden, otherwise I cannot explain the quality. View all feedback.
I really liked it here! At first I was hesitant to dine at an Asian restaurant in Banff.

Imagine how will you feel after entering a Japanese restaurant to find out that the owners wear Yukata and Kimono. That's what I call Japanese ambient.The meals are exquisite, the best Sushi texture I have found in île de France.Be there early, I'm not the only one qualifying this place as excellent
