Wendy's - Oroville
Wendy's
Description
A neighborhood Wendy’s offers standout burgers (including a popular nacho-cheese option) and a tasty honey butter chicken biscuit, making it reliable for takeout. Experiences vary: some praise food and atmosphere, while others report slow or unfriendly service, lukewarm salads, pricey lemonades and even pest concerns. Breakfast hours and menu timing can confuse patrons. Expect budget-friendly prices, strong burger offerings and inconsistent service.

This Wendy's location is a reliable choice, but I find the emphasis on breakfast a bit confusing. Why do I have to wait until 11 AM to order the food I truly crave? I'm not a fan of breakfast foods like pancakes and sausage, which don't really appeal to me. It's a bit disappointing that there aren't more options for those of us who don't enjoy breakfast. I understand that this isn't a reflection of this particular Wendy's. On a positive note, the honey butter chicken biscuit was delicious!
We went to the restaurant late at night after a concert and noticed there was only one other car in the drive-thru apart from ours. We ordered two different combos and a single burger, but they accidentally charged us for two of the same combo, which were $15 each. They did refund us the difference in cash, but after we left the drive-thru, we realized that our single burger was missing from the order. I had to walk back to the window where we picked up our food to get it. Overall, it wasn't a great experience, especially so late at night!
I would advise against going to this restaurant. I recently worked there, and it was a very stressful experience. It’s not worth spending your money there. The service is incredibly slow, and there are issues with rats and mice. Additionally, the general manager seems to lack effective oversight and doesn’t do a good job of managing the establishment.
I came into the store to get a quick snack got some Pub fries that took 20 minutes to make. And the cheese on top was cold. This place is inundated with flies. I could not enjoy my meal without swatting away flies. You can clearly see in one corner of therestaurant that there's a broken window where the Flies are coming in and where they are congregating. Also the bathrooms atthis location are not actually public bathrooms because you need to get a coin from the cashier in order to use the bathroomshowever one of them doesn't lock so I don't understand what the point of the coins is.
