Starbucks - Oroville

I didn’t have a car and this place did not open their lobby, even though it was 7am. There was another customer waiting as well and was not allowed in. When I asked what time they will open the lobby she responded with “I don’t know”. Unbelievableand Starbucks expects tips from customers
