The wife and I stopped in for the hot honey pepperoni pizza and it was fabulous. We don’t frequent Pizza Hut due to the prices but it was worth a once in five year revisit. View all feedback.
What Joseph Brown doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Went there in the morning around 10 am. Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and dined in. The staff was nice enough and pizza was good. But I was kind of surprised how dirty it was. Every single table had crumbs on it. The floor had not been vacuumed. There was no customers other than us two. It can't take more than 15 minutes to wipe the tables down and vacuum the place View all feedback.

Pizza Hut used to be the gold standard in the pizza biz. Now it’s just another overpriced underwhelming chain, relying on nostalgia and a (former) good reputation.I ordered a pizza and some wings. Simple enough order. The pizza was decent. I got the all meat and it was a good meat pizza. But for some reason, it’s greasy. Idk if it’s from the amalgamation of meat or the cheese or the combination of it all. But it’s greasy. Pizza was decent though. I would give it a solid 4 out 5.But the wings. The wings. First of all, the menu in store doesn’t specify what kind of wings they have. I thought it was drums and flats. Those are wings. But they also have little chicken nuggets, and they claim them to be ‘boneless breaded wings.’ If I had known that I had to specify what kind of wings I wanted, I would have. But I didn’t, so I didn’t.I ordered my Honey BBQ ‘wings’ and pizza and went back to my hotel. When I opened the wings, I got a collection of sad looking nuggets with the slightest drizzle of sauce. The amount of sauce they had on the wings was near non existent. A small goopy dab on the bottom of the bowl and that’s it.If you want a good pizza and some decent sides, check out a smaller pizza shop. The prices are better and the food will be too.
So been dealing with this pizza hut for 3 years now I spend around 60 bucks a week I go to order today try giving my card number to a girl on the phone then she hangs up on me because she couldn't put the numbers in right I call back and the manager is rude and says I'm the problem in the last month have forgotten change a 2 liter of pop and just plain rude so I'm am done with the rude meaness this used to be a nice place but they don't need money ? I guess -1
Trying to place an order with them and their phone is horrible static. When you try to connect they end up hanging up on you. So then I decided to try to order online and they're online ordering is lagging. Does it make sense that I would have to go down there to place an order for delivery or just to ask a simple question.
