The burger is good, BUT i dont order Jakes that often because the last 2 times, and this time makes a THIRD, the bacon I paid for was NOT on my burger. this order was even worse because the cheese I paid for was NOT on my burger either! And the staff need customer service training View all feedback.
Jake's Burgers and More is a fantastic family-friendly diner that we absolutely love. I highly recommend trying any of their burgers, and my personal breakfast favorite is the biscuits and gravy. Nobody makes B&G quite like Jake's!
The garlic fries are fantastic! They are perfectly seasoned and packed with fresh garlic. If you're not a big garlic lover, you might want to skip them. The steak sandwich is also quite delicious!
The burger is tasty, but I don’t visit Jake’s very often because on my last two visits, and now this one makes it three, the bacon I ordered was missing from my burger. This time was even more disappointing because the cheese I paid for was also absent! Additionally, the staff could use some customer service training.
Gave me garlic fries instead of Seasoned Fries . Didn't give me a single fry Secret Sauce that Iasked for. 4 of the smallest chicken Chicken Strips (4) I've ever seen., so small they could have been McDonald's chicken nuggets. Very disappointed.
The order said it would be ready in 30 minutes and it took a total of 2 hours waiting inside for the order to be done. Then they were out of milkshakes and had to refund them.
