Store was clean. Food could have been a little fresher. Several of the choices were at the bottom of the pan. $32 for two burrito bowls is a bit spendy. I know it isn't Taco Bell, but I feel like I am paying restaurant prices for a fast food place . If I had gotten drinks it would have been $40 easily. View all feedback.

The tacos are quite disappointing. The shells feel cheap, and they don't compare at all to the amazing ones at Chipotle in Chico. I’m really let down. At $9.95 each, it feels like a total overcharge.
Have you ever felt lucky? Like when you find two avocado pits in your guacamole on your burrito bowl? Usually, the service and food are great here. However, finding day-old guacamole and pits in it is a disappointment. Next time I visit, I'll be keeping a close eye on the guacamole!
To start, the online ordering system was quite frustrating. It gave me a message indicating that I had forgotten something, but it didn't specify what was missing. I ended up going inside to pick up my food and ate it in my car since I had my dog with me. After finishing my meal, I tried to use the restroom, but the code on my receipt didn't work to unlock the door. It seems they expect you to finish eating quickly; otherwise, you might find yourself locked out of the bathroom. On a positive note, I did enjoy my meal at Chipotle without any issues.
Super rude charged me 50$ for two bowls and a bag for chips. The bowls had one little scoop of rice and very little toppings. It was a quarter of the way full not even half. He wouldn't even give me a receipt
I have never received such horrible customer service. I placed an order through the app like I always do and when I arrive at 8:30pm to pick up my order the doors were locked. I tried to explain to an employee that I had an order but she insisted on screaming that they were closed repeatedly. She the went and hid out of sight. I stood outside for another couple of minutes but with no luck. Ever employee just ignored me. It was humiliating. I will never eat here again.
