Angelo and Tiziana always very helpful at every request... excellent food and very nice... the staff always very attentive to the needs of the guests I just have to thank all the staff for doing this special day just as it was in our wishes.... soon

We heard from our friends that they had to pay for towels, because they used them. We checked the policies of the hotel on Booking.com and on their own website:... read more We heard from our friends that they had to pay for towels, because they used them. We checked the policies of the hotel on Booking.com and on their own website: there is no information about extra charge for the towels. There is aswell no information aboit extra charges if you damage or loose a towel. We called the hotel to ask why they act against their policies and if we would also be charged for the towels but we only heard it 's not you business . We tried to cancel the reservation. Unfortunately the telefonist didn 't accept the cqncellation and said we need to send a letter !! . This is a joke. After calling booking.com the reservation has been cancelled free of charges and within free of charge cancellation policy. We don 't understand why the hotel wanted us to send a cancellation letter. On the telephone we had a feeling that we were not very welcome as guests. Fine, we get it. We will stay somewhere else in Sardinia, far away from Hotel Biderrosa.
