Charles (the owner and head chef) is a master of his trade. Most importantly, he actually socializes with his clients and knows them by name! I love this place!

I was impressed with the delicious food and drinks on offer - including soft crab rolls, curry chicken tempura, Fugi king roll, beer, nigiris, and sake. The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from. I am excited to return with my friends and family in the future.

The eel rice was particularly delicious, with a great taste that wasn't too fishy. The tempura set was also excellent, featuring a tasty salmon roll and fresh sashimi. The only downside was that the tempura yams were a bit bland, even with the sauce. I wasn't a fan of the bar stool seating either. Overall, I would give this place an 8.3 out of 10. The lunch specials are a great value, and the sushi is top-notch for a small town.
