Chili's Grill - Oro Valley

Nothing out of the ordinary to report here, Chili's is going to have fair pricing on various American and Mexican classics. The $5 Margareta and $12 Quesadilla salad didn't disappoint but didn't stand out. Alex burger certainly was tasty but greasy none-the-less. Maranda our server was great and had an awesome one of a kind pen! Would love to see a pivot to healthier food and drink in the near future

Always great food! Please instruct Austin (and all servers) to let people know that the chips and salsa are not complimentary when they offer them. It ended up okay because I got the 3 for me and included the chips and salsa but when we sat down we were asked if we'd like some for the table. We said yes then later found out there was a charge. I suggested later that he make sure to let people know there is a charge and he said that he did that we had an agreement to bring the chips and salsa. I explained that the conversation led us to believe, like other restaurants, they were complimentary. He did not acknowledge the issue. It also took too long to take our orders, refills, and boxes we had to flag someone down every time we needed anything... Even the bill. Y'all were not busy at all Just better customer service, please and thank you

Shared sirloin, steak, dinner with hubby. Steak was good. Side of broccoli was not. Odd taste so asked waiter for something else. The waiter was kind enough to exchange the broccoli for french fries, which were perfect

Asked the server for refills twice and had to ask for the check twice .
