We stopped on our way to St Augustine for some breakfast sandwiches. They got the order perfect (we do substitutions for asiago bagels with no meat for the kids and our local Panera always gets it wrong). The bagels and bread were toasted perfectly (lightly and the bread was soft and not too crispy). We will definitely stop by again when we come this way!Kid-friendliness: They were very patient with my very excited k... View all feedback.
What Jacob Long doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Don’t write reviews often ever, ordered a salad, soup, and large broccoli and cheese Mac and they didn’t provide the large mac, and door dash only wants to refund $6 and to reorder it, it would be $12+ with tip. And of course calling this multi million dollar corporations work phone doesn’t work and they just say no one will answer you have to email us, just for you to have an email war against robots. Panera Bread is a great place to eat. If you have allergies make sure you go in to order your food. I am allergic to almonds and any tree nuts. One time I ordered off grub hub and they put the almonds on my salad so I had to drive all the way up there as they had no way to fix the problem by sending me another salad. The lady at the front waa not nice about it or apologetic. I don't order that way anymore, I just drive there and go in. I can't breathe if I eat tree nuts. For some reason they think sesame seeds are tree nuts so they left them off my salad which changed the whole taste of the salad. They do have the best Autumn Squash soup. The only problem I have is that when I order to go, they put the hot soup on top of the cold salad in the same bag. By the time I get home, the soup is luke warm and the lettuce is wilted. The lady that takes your order in the evening is not very friendly, she is quite rigid and doesn't smile which I could probably overlook if they would bag the soup and salad separately. On a brighter note, the guys making the food always smile and are very helpful.Parking: It is usually easy. They do have handicapped parking right up front.Wheelchair accessibility: In the front there is no curb so it is easy to get your wheelchair in and out
Second day o the raw I am waiting for good 5-6 minutes to get service while Maggie is talking to colleagues. And there are no sugar and stirrers at the station.

This restaurant is perpetually cold like a refrigerator and consequently results in our group freezing or dressed like it's winter in New York. It is horrible!
