La Fiesta Mexican Cocina Ormond Beach

Even tho this Restaurant is 20 miles from home, I WILL be back! I gauge a great Mexican restaurant by several things. The first is the quality of salsa and chips. The salsa is excellent!! I also enjoy a nice outside eating area when weather is good and this place has that even though it’s in a shopping center. Sara, my server, was very pleasant and helpful! It was lunch and I didn’t want to get unpleasantly stuffed so just got a taco and chili relieno. For a simple selection, the chef really takes pride in his work. The taco was stuffed with shredded beef among other items. The chili relieno was probably the best I have had. The refried beans were attractively served in a small bowl, NOT a brown splat on the plate AND they had good flavor too! I’m thinking this is not your typical Mexican restaurant. You should try it out!!

Went there for a friend's birthday and it was so great!!! The service, the food, drinks, and Sombrero were delightful!!!

Food is always excellent. New server was ok. No issues. But the New Yorker lady sitting at the next table was borderline ruining the evening. Loud, f-bombs, stereotypical. But what are you going to do? Still a great place. Love the carnitas.

All the meats were way to salty, no taste at all. Would not go there again.
