Chipotle Mexican Grill - Ormond Beach

Ordered a burrito bowl and only got meat and nothing else

The chicken was overcooked, the fajita vegetables were burnt, and the chips were quite stale. Everything else matched the usual Chipotle flavor and quality. It wasn't anything to get excited about, and I've definitely had better experiences at other locations.

After my visit, I discovered through Democracy Now that the Chipotle corporation has a pattern of understaffing their restaurants to cut costs. This location was a clear example of that issue. I feel for the workers who were doing their best to serve us under such conditions. I hope Chipotle decides to improve their practices, or that the employees choose to unionize for better support.

I've experienced finding a hair in my food on two separate occasions, which is quite unhygienic and should not occur again. Additionally, the steak I was served was tough and chewy.

We ordered two burrito bowls and added the red sauce, but it was so spicy that we couldn't even eat it. We called the restaurant, and Tyler was incredibly pleasant and understanding. He immediately replaced our order and was very friendly throughout the entire process! I would definitely return just because of his kindness.
