The food always tastes good but they were out of chicken and I had to wait for corn. Just like every other place I guess having issues with supply. There wasn't as big a selection of sides like they used to have. The service was very good. I like that they wear gloves to serve. Not every place does. You get a lot of meat with the large plate. What Brooklyn Tillman doesn't like about Boston Market:
I tried to eat here in the last 10 days. The first time they close in an hour before the website time. The second pearl there was a note on the door that they were closed for the pool. The third time I actually came home and the restaurant was so upset now, I went without order. Very dirty. View all feedback.
This situation has unfortunately gone downhill? Not only in cleanliness, in the urgent need of a complete restaurant Makeover AND a new AC unit, but in food and customer service (or not there) The AC unit they have every year (I was there and have seen it even in the last 4 years) and the poor employees have to work in the heat of summer with the hot ovens and no AC for MONTHS. I contacted the company office to complain so that these poor employees can get someone to do something about it. Then the last three times we tried to eat there, they never have what we try to order. Tonight, I asked if they were from certain things. The girl told me that they will be from chicken pancakes for the next week, they don't sell mixed vegetables and there are no new potatoes or sweet potatoes. Our family has eaten here at least once a week and we are very sad to say that we will not eat here until they find out how to fix some of these great problems.
Ordered on line from the Port Orange location. Unfortunately when we pulled into the location their was a sign on the door that started the had changed there hours from 11-6pm. Although the store was closed my credit card was still charged for the food. I called the Ormond location and spoke to Kyle let me tell you if not for Kyle I would never order from them again!! He was quick to apologise and gave me several suggestions on how I can handle the matter. He went above and beyond and exceeded customers services standards. He showed us kindness and understands he is great! Thank you again Kyle you most certainly went above and beyond!
We have visited the Ormond Beach store several times over the past year and have been disappointed more times than not. It is not very clean and they always seem to be out of something. Saturday night at dinner time, they were out of chicken, but it would be ready in 20 minutes. We have always felt it was a management problem at this store. This Port Orange store is night and day different in professionalism and cleanliness. We love Boston Market, but please do something about the Ormond Beach store.
Arrived for lunch Line was 5 people deep. Poor cashier/server was alone with no help. I was in line over 30 minutes About 12 people left due to time spent. 12:17 to 12:49 Visibly frustrated employee with zero support. Some poorly dressed man was in the back cooking food. Don?t know why they could not help move the line. The server also had to wait on online orders. What a horrible situation.
I stopped going for a while because they were getting really skimpy on the chicken carver sandwich. But the changer some things and are actually putting a decent amount of toppings (especially the chicken). The sides were mostly empty and looked old (not even stirred to make look appealing. Luckily I had mashed taters and gray. The customer service sucked royally.. ? ? menu prices didn't match what she was charging me. Also no one said it was a $4 up charge for potatoes and gravy as a side!
