They've made dining a whole lot for comforta... read more Had lunch at Yardarm recently, first time there since they completed renovations, they have really done a good job! They've made dining a whole lot for comfortable, the bar is completely separate from the diners by a glass partition a great idea, plus another partition protects the diners from the constant comings and goings at the front door, where a draft would blow in and annoy you back in the day. I enjoyed my cheese steak egg rolls dipped in teriyaki sauce, and my burger was cooked exactly as I asked med. rare. Yay for wonderful French fries! Service was attentive

I am sorry to have to say this but as a visitor I have been coming and eating at the yardarm for many years food extremely good and was was very disappointed an... read more I am sorry to have to say this but as a visitor I have been coming and eating at the yardarm for many years food extremely good and was was very disappointed and upset at the reception we got by a very unpleasant young lady who would not let us in, as theyonly had one waitress, we were four people, she had a bad attitude, and refused us, then continued to let in four people incouples of two. Won't ever go there again. So sorry Yardarm food was so good, but need to give your staff a lesson in.mannersand customer care.

We ordered the cod and chips and it was disgusting and mushy. 3 of us had it and none of us even came close to eating half of it. The food came out way to fast That should of been our first clue.It tasted like it was heated in the microwave.
