I am sorry to have to say this but as a visitor I have been coming and eating at the yardarm for many years food extremely good and was was very disappointed an... read more I am sorry to have to say this but as a visitor I have been coming and eating at the yardarm for many years food extremely good and was was very disappointed and upset at the reception we got by a very unpleasant young lady who would not let us in, as theyonly had one waitress, we were four people, she had a bad attitude, and refused us, then continued to let in four people incouples of two. Won't ever go there again. So sorry Yardarm food was so good, but need to give your staff a lesson in.mannersand customer care.

The food came out way to fast That should of been our first clue.It tasted like it was heated in the microwave.

I live in Rhode Island, I spend a great deal of time on the North Shore of Massachusetts, and I am a chef for one of the premier catering companies in Boston...I know scallops!!! Honestly Ididn't expect much when I went in. I was just looking for a little nostalgia. I got more than I bargained for!!!

The unfortunate part was the food as parts of our meals had to be sent back due to being cold (mashed potatoes). Other parts tastedlike they had been warmed in a microwave (salmon). So disappointed in the food quality especially for what they charge permeal. Definitely not going back.
