What Jon63 doesn't like about Ver Di Vin:
This place is wierd. He's a good chef and she's a good sommelier. Then it all goes wrong. We were there on a busy Saturday night but that doesn't explain why the organisation is so poor. The waitresses clearly aren't trusted to do much so service is slow. The menu is poorly laid out and the specials are by oral tradition only. But only Madame can tell you what they are. Atypical frame, vaulted stone, in the old town. We enjoyed the kindness and attention of the staff and the chef, and there is a real signature in their dishes, a search for aesthetics and original flavors. We feel them passionate, so we welcome their creations with pleasure. Wine map rather supplied, with a good presentation. The map is however quite expensive.
We're just leaving this beautiful restaurant. What to say except that the service is perfect with a sympathy of the room staff present but not too much, excellent advice. The kitchen to delight...the agreement puts/vin quite about it. Nothing to say again! You are great and even better wishes to the chief of the hall. Signed the Chablisians
Warm and attentive welcome. Good advice for wine, at perfect temperature. The frame is beautiful. Special mention for dessert. An original ice cream recipe to fall. Small sweet mouth and refined dessert.
Good food, very good wine recommendations, but a bit expensive i think
I loved, the owners are adorable and are just top. The perfect meal and wine
