I always love Five Guys food and smoothies, but not the atmosphere ? it’s cold and loud!
Teller wouldn 't let me make a minor change to my order (add cheese) because it was 'too late ' even though the transaction wasn 't completed. None-the-less I was not given my $11 change (I didn 't realise this until later unfortunately). The burgers were MUCH smaller than other Five Guys locations and the bacon on mine was burnt to a crisp. Finally both my friend and I are sick at the same time now and, while not 100% certain, this seems like the most likely shared location to have gotten it. Will never return recommend others avoid.
Just had five guys which I love usually but not this time. The fries and poutine had so much salt they were inedible!!!
I visited yesterday and had an amazing burger and fries. The service was also excellent. Thank you!
