I was told to return later or wait in the long drive-thru line. Then, on Wednesday (August 3), when I was in the drive-thru, I reached the ordering kiosk only to be informed that they couldn't take any orders because their system was down. This restaurant is showing a serious lack of management. Very disappointing.

I’ve tried to use my dad’s military discount, but the employee at the counter didn’t even know what it was. It’s disappointing because I saw online that military members should get 10% off.

She definitely needs to improve her professionalism and interpersonal skills. The menu itself had good options, but the service affected my overall experience.

I tried to order a combo meal using the kiosk right at the register, but ran into some problems. An employee came over to help only to tell me they were out of Frostys. After completing my order, the kiosk kept showing an error message saying it was down. When I asked for assistance, I was simply told to wait, even though five employees were standing idly behind the counter. I will definitely never return to this Wendy's location again. The menu options were disappointing, and the service was unacceptable.
