We 're die hard Disney and Riviera fans. We are Riviera DVC members and annual passholders, hence, regulars. Bar Riva has gone down in quality every time I 've... read more We 're die hard Disney and Riviera fans. We are Riviera DVC members and annual passholders, hence, regulars. Bar Riva has gone down in quality every time I 've been there and today was the worst.There is no manager in site, no QC and less than enthusiastic servers at least tonight . We ate here Friday night instead of going to Topolinos.The 2 servers were the opposite of interested in serving any customers. They waited as long as possible to clean off any tables so no one else could sit down and they tried... . It ended up at 6:30pm with only 2 tables.Our server was so stern, angry and mean that we said very little as to not anger her absolutely wrong job for her .The worst part is the growing lack of cleanliness : . I 've noticed over the last 2 years a smell that is not good coming out of the bar and today I watched both servers 'wipe off ' the tables.. right onto the floor and then leave it.It 's all too much frankly and such a continued disappointment in the new #DifferentDisney

So we ordered from the counter in hopes a table... read more We arrived and there were not tables available. Which tells me the place is a hit and food and beverage is good. So we ordered from the counter in hopes a table would open up which it did when we came to pick up our wings which were great. My issue with this place revolves around one server. She greeted us and told us we serve our own food here when I told her we were fine and just wanted a couple waters for now and we 're ok on drinks now our food was from this same place and fully intended on getting another round of beverages cause of course that 's the right thing to do because we were at her tables and didn 't want her to go empty handed. But when she proceeded to tell me I could go to a fill station and get my own water. Nope that it I I 'm done with interacting with you.
