Red's Deli Market - Feedback

What Mike Bennett doesn't like about Red's Deli Market:
Went to order a black bean chili off the main menu. Was given a black bean soup. When I tried to get it corrected, lady said they don’t have the chili today just the soup. So she gave me what I didn’t order, knowingly didn’t tell me, made me pay for it, and refused offer any other options. I didn’t want or order it, but I was stuck with it. I thoroughly enjoyed my sandwiches and soups. One night, I had the Italian sub, and although I can't remember the name of the other sandwich, both were delicious and reasonably priced. The chicken noodle soup was also quite good. The service was outstanding! If I find myself at the hotel again, I'll be looking forward to dining at Reds once more.
