What User doesn't like about Pollo Tropical:
Don't even waste your time. 42 minutes waiting for chicken, rice and beans. They said they were busy. I get you to prioritize the drive thru, but get 42 minutes without your entrance without having to update without anything in stock, no sauces. Save time, go to the finish, but a whole chicken and a page and save 35 minutes. Manager was nice, but the employees are in a fugue condition. View all feedback.
A whole chicken with one side of Fried Yuca ordered. I come to the restaurant to pick up my order and was told that they do not carry 90% of the sauces advertised on the app and online menu. Cashiers had no help at all and could take care of less. In addition, the chicken was well cooked. And the fried Yuca was as hard as rocks. Pollo tropical used to be one of my favorite places to eat and that was the worst experience and I don't see myself coming back. Goodbye! It is hard enough to drive with high gas prices and expensive foods
Customer service and food is horrible, this use to be a great pollo tropical but not anymore with the new workers. There were two young African American workers working on July 13 around 2 in the afternoon. As soon as we pull to the drive thru she says ?Welcome to Pollo Tropical? with the biggest sigh like she hates her life, I ask if the meal came with bread and she said ?Um yeah? in the most sarcastic attitude. When we pulled up to the window, she rolled her eyes and when we received our food, it looked like they just threw it in there without a care. Don?t work in customer service if you hate people. If I could rate this establishment 0 stars I would. DON?T GO HERE.
Manager claims no employees to attend people inside because not enough employees to take the order inside only online orders or take out, but I have count over 8 employees working, NO Employees, really or is actually laziness? Now I see why this location is empty inside and out. Good luck. You loose a customer!

Worst experience at Pollo tropical! I ordered the Pollo and pork family meal. I asked for an order of tostones and the lady said they didn 't have any. So I asked for fried yuca instead and she got rude and yelled we don 't have ANY fried food right now! Then i asked to add (2) boneless chicken breasts for $5.99 as the menu advertises and she got an attitude and said that 's not the price in her system so she can 't give it to me for $5.99. When I pulled up to the window to get my food I asked for the sauces and she told me they don 't have any sauces... still with any attitude. After I paid I asked for the number to corporate and she told they don 't have that either and slammed the window in my face. After I got home and realized I don 't get my rolls or my sweet plantains neither. I am definitely complaining to upper management.
