Pollo Tropical - Orlando

I should have read the reviews before I went to this place. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and when I came home, I noticed there were no croutons in the salad. The share was also very small for the price. Definitely not worth $8. I ordered this same salad from another Pollo Tropical and her salad was a good portion of size with fresh salad and lots of chicken and beet. Very disappointing.

Ordered 2 Half Chikens Orders and got just two pieces. Also sauces that where ordered not in the bag no utensils Witherspoon. Not a first on this locación. Then when try to contact the store nobody answers.

Ordered through Uber Eats and took 3 hours preparing the food. I could not cancel the order because they had accepted it. My order ended up arriving four hours later and was incomplete. They literally left out the protein and just gave us a bunch of rice and chicken.

Don?t go here, listen to the bad reviews. Normally I?m a pretty chill person, but I was hungry at 1:45 after working on my house stuff and after 50 minutes of waiting with no one checking on my order or anything, I asked for a refund and left. Way too long to wait for food.

I visited almost at closing on 4/28. They still served the food well and they still had good variety. Hope they keep with the same good service at this location. I came here after visiting my father at the hospital and he is in a delicate conditions. Having good service here, helped me have a more pleasant night. Thank you.
