I really dig the chocolate Elvis, tastes like a shake. The staff is always friendly. I met the owner a few times and enjoyed chatting with him. My daughter and I like to grab a smoothie when I pick her up from school and every time your teenager enjoys time with you, it's worth a few dollars. So take your teenagers and close me to a delicious treat. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Planet Smoothie:
I'm not one who's hard on someone. But that's the third time I went out with a smoothie because Lucy doesn't know how to make a smoothie right. So I wait not only 15 minutes after my order in online, which allows 10 minutes for pickup (so now a total of 25 minutes). She had to give things back to people's flats and try to make them thinner. She doesn't wash her hands, touched everything and wiping it on her pants the... View all feedback.
You fired me after I missed a shift. I was just in training and finished last night and was really tired and forgot until the time I wanted to start letting them know and I was fired. If I were to give this a 0 star, because the person who trains me was not at all busy with me and would entertain me every time I couldn't remember anything.
Super nice staff! They honored a coupon code for another location for me without hesitation, and my smoothie was delicious! Thanks, Planet Smoothie! :
This is one of my favorite Planet Smoothies in Orlando. The young people there are always friendly and make sure they take care of you. I go this place at least 2 to 3 times a week and their Plum Rewards program is a great way to give deals to their customers and keep them coming around. Lunar Lemonade is one of the best things to drink to be honest.
The short version of my review is: they don 't let you stay without buying anything even if the store is empty as hell and they 'll be super rude about it. That gives the store a super unfriendly atmosphere. Not only that, the interior design of this planet smoothie feels like 15 years ago. The leather seats are frayed and damaged. Also, their smoothies are super expensive so you 'd go broke if you did get a smoothie and if you got something cheaper besides a smoothie then why the hell are you here just go to starbucks, at least they 'll let you stay without being rude about it, starbucks ' atmosphere is super cozy and the interior design is very chic as well. Their drinks taste good but is super expensive for something you can make yourself at home. This has nothing to do with the product itself, but I has a terrible experience here: So I am a student at Olympia and I have early release, and was inside the store sitting at a table waiting for my parents to pick me up. A white lady comes in and she acts like she 's high and mighty and she turn to two black students that was sitting at one of the tables and goes: you can 't sit here if you don 't buy anything in a very rude and accusing tone. Then she followed up with the question: did you buy anything , which the male student replied yea in a quiet tone. She then said: oh so if I ask her (points to the employee) she 'll say you did buy something? I can 't remember if the guy said anything but they were very quiet and it unfolded so quickly that the atmosphere went from fine to feeling like as if I 'm literally sitting at a interrogation table. After they left, she came over to me and did the same thing to me, and I didnt see what the problem was because literally there was no paying customers looking for a seat. If there was, I 'm sure the students that wasn 't going to buy anything (including me) would 've left without her even telling us so And honestly, I don 't give a damn what her side of the story is. That is what her words came across to me as and that 's what it made me feel like. It gave me, a customer, a terrible experience. 1. The lady did not ask them nicely and was very rude the moment she came in and saw them. By that tone of voice, anyone 's day would have been ruined, much less if it was someone who 's suicidal or has depression/anxiety. Being suddenly in-your-face confronted like that can be very intimidating and I feel that was very unprofessional. 2. One of the customers justified her action because they (black students) are here all the time 'loitering ' and this wasn 't the first time. Well going by that argument, how did the lady know those two particular students did it all the time? I doubt she 'd remember the faces of anyone except for the frequent customers. 3. The policy of non paying customers can 't be inside is quite pointless. If you 're going to have AC on for an employee anyways, what is the harm of having a few non paying students inside who are perhaps waiting for thei
I love this place, the owner was very kind. Unfortunately he has passed away. But the girls here are AMAZING, they are great and down to earth. They make great smoothies and are fun to talk to!
