My only recommendation would be to d... read more We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The drink menu is both fun and creative, fitting the atmosphere perfectly. My only recommendation would be to designate one of the seating areas as adults-only. We've encountered issues with unruly children at luxury hotels, and it seems to be more frequent than at other establishments.

At one point the hostess said oh I thought you were complaining about these people because they have a kid !!! Right in front of us? Has to be the mostunprofessional and rude behavior I 've ever experienced at a restaurant, and at the four seasons it 's trulyunacceptable. Needless to say the service was bad. Waitress disappeared after taking our order and only reemerged to drop thecheck on the table. I had to stop another random employee just to get a straw. Food was good which is why I didn 't give 1 star.
