The only downside I can mention about this restaurant is that it is a bit pricey for what you get. However, the staff were extremely friendly! The original Cachapa was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh when we ordered it. I would definitely recommend trying this place! View all feedback.

I had a simple checkout experience on October 22, 2022. However, the staff member didn’t demonstrate good customer service skills and seemed unprepared to provide adequate service in a restaurant environment. Great place, and they know how to make a great cappuccino double expreso. Food delicious. They also have natural orange juice...of course vitamin C...definitely will go back to their location..Food: 5/5

My day was just starting, 8am and the worker at the counter gave me a really bad service, she addressed me in a bad way, very direct and impatient. Her name was Ana. It seems bad to your company that I go to spend in your place and they give me bad service, and being kind is part of working with the public and even more if I address the person in a good way.
Delicious Venezuelan arepas. The Latin plate of chicken and rice and beans was good but stick the arepas, patacones and empanadas. I will come back to try the burgers. The place is very clean and music in the background was good, mix of Spanish and English music at a good volume level. Confortable tables and prices were decent.Food: 4/5
The concept and image of the business are excellent, it is a pity that the quality of its products is far from the image of the business. The quality of the food is not entirely good, the person who served me at the front desk is not very cordial, besides seeming to be always annoyed!My recommendation is raise the quality of its products and improve customer service.
