Panera Bread - Orlando

Desiree working the front counter was very sweet and my Frappuccino toasted bagel got to me very quickly. As someone who previously worked at a Panera (10 years ago) I was delighted by how kind the Manager was about catering question! Social distancing is maintained and everything is kept very clean!

Overall i give Panera 4 stars. They are typically clean and consistent. Today everything was fine but the soup was so hot that i stirred my broccoli cheddar until it was liquidity. I should have just went in and asked for another but i always feel strange about doing that. I've been here before and have had perfectly good experience so i don't have any hesitation for the four star rating.

Food was good but the staff in the front all looked completely miserable. The two ladies at the registers were even bickering and the lady cleaning the dining area had a huge frown. When I was approaching the door she also was coming at it with a bottle of cleaner. She was walking so aggressively I actually thought she was going to come outside with it so I held the door open and smiled at her in order to let her come through the door first. And she frowned at me like I had cut her in line or something! Just overall very rude service and for no real apparent reason except for that they might thoroughly dislike their jobs and it appears, each other.

I walked in around 11:50am, which is a perfect time cuz no one is off for lunch yet! I ordered my Mac n Cheese and sandwich to go. I got back to my car and drove for about 5 min before stopping in shade to eat. Maybe things have changed and I didn't notice before but..... I was shocked to see only ½ the container full of Mac n Cheese. The ½ turkey, avocado, BLT sandwich was a mess. Some of the avocado didn't look to great. But, I understand how mine look at home so.... all ok with sandwich. I was really just shocked about the Mac n Cheese. Anyone else see a lesser amount?

The only thing I wanted tonight was a chicken noodle soup with a bread bowl and feeling under the weather, that's all I craved. I ordered through doordash from this location and I received no bread bowl with my chicken noodle soup and no spoon or napkins. How do you expect me to eat my soup now? With my hands? Very disappointed with the service I had tonight and will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Please fix your system because it's all screwed up.
