It’s possible that there was some contaminated or spoiled food or milk in my meal.

I often brush it off, but it's become so frustrating that I've decided I won't be ordering from here again. It's not all Panera locations that I have issues with—just this one on OBT. I ordered a 20oz coffee but received a cup that was only the size of my hand. I customized a breakfast sandwich, but they completely ignored my notes. Most of the time, my beverage isn't even delivered. When I request no ice, I end up with extra ice, and when I ask for my bagels to be toasted, they're not toasted at all. There's always some issue with my order from this location. They need to hire staff who care; that could help keep the business running.

There is no reason to treat a c... read more After my meal, I asked another employee if there was another manager to talk to, and I was able to discuss my concerns with him. There is no reason to treat a customer like that! I then placed a to-go order. The same manager was responsible for serving my soup; she set it aside, attended to another customer, and then casually dropped my order on the counter before walking away. Extremely rude! I told her that she provided terrible customer service and suggested she consider a different job. Instead of addressing my concerns, she began arguing with me and responding with even more rude comments. Unbelievable! The food was mediocre and overpriced, and the awful service only made it worse. What a disappointing experience!
