It's a pity that the Panera location at the university is a franchise, as I'm unable to take advantage of their specials and promotions.

She said she didn't know where my order was and that they weren't working on it. I returned to the car to confirm with my wife whether we had placed the order. After about 10 minutes of trying to sort things out, I walked back inside, only to find our food sitting on the counter. I checked the receipt, and it showed that it was printed at 7:54 PM. I had asked about my order at 7:56 PM. It's hard to believe how disorganized they were.
