Everyone was friendly, but my order was incomplete. I had to return, and they promptly gave me the missing items. They seemed busy, so I assume a few things were overlooked.

The drive-thru experience was quite frustrating. I waited for 30 minutes without receiving any service, and there was no communication from the staff during that time. This was a stark contrast to the Taco Bell next door, where the employees appeared to be efficient and knowledgeable.
