The service during the night shift is very poor. The staff are rude and treat customers poorly. You aren't allowed to enter the restaurant; instead, they ask you to park and will bring your food to your car whenever they feel like it. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30.
The customer service at this restaurant is severely lacking. The staff speaks to you in a way that makes you feel like you're a nuisance. They seem to have an attitude and often keep your food for an unnecessarily long time, only to hand it to you cold and incomplete. When I entered, the first question from the woman at the counter was a curt "WHAT? WHAT DO YOU NEED?" After giving my name, I was left waiting for several minutes before being informed that my food was ready. When I finally received it, I was disappointed to find a subpar bag of food that raised concerns about its preparation and whether they check expiration dates, as some of my items seemed to be past their due date. On Sunday, April 13, I encountered two female staff members - a thin African American woman and a larger one - who exhibited terrible customer service. They were rude and condescending, making customers wait and unapologetically making snide remarks. I cannot recommend this location!
I visited the restaurant at noon and ordered a bowl, but it was disappointing. The fries were completely cold, and the mashed potatoes had too much bacon on them, which was not to my liking. Additionally, when I ordered a medium blackberry Pepsi, I was served pink lemonade instead. Overall, my experience was not great, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.
