A DAM CHICKEN PLACE IN A BLACK NEIGHBOR HOOD WITH NO CHICKEN COOKED ON A FRIDAY NIGHT WHEN MOST BROTHERS GETTING PAID....I HAD TO WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR 8 PIECES OF YARD BIRD....THATS A DAM SHAME... BUT BEFORE EVEN HAVING TO WAIT I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER ON LINE BUT WAS HAVING TROUBLE SO I WENT INSIDE TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM BUT THE LIGHT SKINNED HEIFER WORKING WASNT TRYING TO HELP ME... I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO PLACE THE ORDER ON LINE BUT WHEN SHE SAID IT WAS A 20 WAIT FOR THE CHICKEN TO BE COOKED I WENT BACK ON LINE TO TRY TO CANCEL IT BUT COULDN'T....I WENT TO THE FRONT COUNTER SHE DIDN'T KNOW HOW.....SHE WENT TO GET THE NAPPY HEADED MANAGER OUT THE BACK SHE DIDN'T KNOW HOW EITHER... I EMAILED THE KFC. COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT....THEY WOULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY BUT HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY THEY HOPE I GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE!!! KISS MY BLACK AZZ!! The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. When I finally received my order, the food was cold and tasted stale. The restaurant itself was dirty, with trash on the floors and tables that hadn't been cleaned. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I won't be coming back. Service: Takeaway
