Kfc - Orlando

That was the worst KFC experience I’ve ever had. We ordered the 5 strips meal, but the strips didn’t even resemble strips; they were incredibly hard and dry, making them inedible. I was so disappointed. On top of that, we encountered very rude attitudes from the staff during the process of placing our order at the drive-thru. It was quite disrespectful. Although the manager did apologize for this, it's concerning that people like that are allowed to work the drive-thru.

This is the ideal place if you want your order to be completely overlooked and instead receive what is convenient for the staff. The wait time was longer than expected, so one would assume the order would be correct. However, when we tried to call to address the mistakes, no one answered the phone. It's disappointing, absurd, and disheartening.

I placed two orders, and when I received my food, I had to ask for napkins, forks, knives, and spoons.

I was here because I wanted to have a chance after I had experienced the quality I had in jacksonville. I just felt like this place was so good and it was almost there. I have this place 5 stars because my cassians sandra was so patient and helpful. she was patient with everyone. there was a lot going on and it was very busy, but this woman broke no sweat. none of them has put them in phase and I love that so much because many people expect that black cubbles aggressiv, aggravated and crumbling under pressure. She probably stopped it. I swear, you have to show this review. I appreciate you, Sandra.

Absolutely terrible experience. This Location should be shut down permanently. Horrific customer service. Bad quality cooks that don't even make the taco and kfc food the way its supposed to be. I ordered a pot pie and it came out oversized and gigantic and they didn't want to refund me on it. I argued back and forth with this fat kid and he didn't want to refund. The food wasn't cooked up to standard and he didn't want to take responsibility for it. this is the 2nd time this happened. 1st time it was with the chicken quesadilla that came out so bad i almost threw up. The skinny cashier lady that they hired about a month or so ago is completely underqualified.
