Millie or milly (n... read more After we were denied service at the colonial location due to them “closing” even though they don’t close until 1am, we came to this location. Millie or milly (not sure how she spells it) was awesome, me and my fiancé have never experienced service like hers at kfc. She was very nice, patient, kept apologizing if she felt that something was wrong, and her choice of words were one I’ve never experienced before (in a good way). She was even funny at one point, we ended up at the wrong window, and out of nowhere she popped her head out yelling “over here” with a big smile on her face. Thank you Millie for making our night way better than how it started coming out. You’re awesome and I hope kfc sees your worth!

I had an issue with one of the employees at this location and he was on top of it right away and took corrective action immediately. It's nice to know when a bad egg comes around he removes it from the batch. Thank again for you phone call and taking such quick action.

I'... read more I gotta say..i don't usually do reviews.. especially for fast food.. but I get lunch here a couple times a week and the lady who works drive thru is amazing! I'm assuming the people who make my food are too because by time I hand her my card for payment she had my drink ready and they have my food ready before the payment is even processed!!! very great customer service!!
