It's a shame how the girl that works at the counter talks to customers, she's very disrespectful!! Also once 8pm hits they will not answer the phone on purpose but they close at 9!!! Smh! The food is great but the employees are a turn off for me...I liked it at the old location when it was mostly family ran business. View all feedback.
We just came from Chicago to Orlando and fell on this jewel! Best food, best mood, best customer service! We ate again tonight that we loved it so much! Just regret... we can't take it back north with us!
Had the crab tonight and it was amazing. Seasoning was on point. So tasty and worth the money. 5 stars!
The food is AMAZING the staff is exceptional and the atmosphere is casual. I do not live anywhere close to here however anytime I go back to Orlando I will be back. For the folks saying it takes to long after you order... go through Taco Bell.. **** food is served quick, great food it made to order. I love this place and am so glad we tried it. See you all in June!
Hands down the best shrimp and crab legs I’ve ever eaten. Not even close. Also, make sure to get the conch fritters and fried oysters!
Ansolutley the best garlic crabs in Orlando hands down!! I also love the new outside bar and live band additions!! It’s always a pleasure when Karen’s is on the menu!
