When I encountered an issue with the venue regarding licensing, Fran immediately took the initiative to address it and resolved the situation swiftly. On the day of the event, Fran arrived as promised and was present for the entire celebration. His staff worked quickly and efficiently, allowing me to focus on other important matters without any worries. We had some guests who arrived late, which disrupted our timeline a bit, but Fran was very accommodating. The food was fantastic, and we received numerous compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed it. We had a cake for the event from a baker, and although it wasn’t provided by Java Lava, Fran went out of his way to deliver cake plates, a beautiful cake knife, and a server for my parents to cut their cake together. He even arranged for his staff to serve the cake to our guests afterward. From our first contact with Java Lava to the final cleanup after the party, working with Fran and his team was a pleasure. I will definitely use them for any future catering needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer!
