I love rolled ice so I'm glad this place exists. Unfortunately, the service is terrible. It took 10 minutes to stand at the counter and watch the two workers slowly, even in my order. And the guy was rude. The workers were in ZERO hurry, although there was a line. So slowly it felt conscious because even by default your time rate is faster than it. Just not so good to wait for ice. It's been 20 minutes, I'm just wait... View all feedback.

I've always wanted to try rolled ice cream and it's the best I've ever tried! The customer service was excellent!

The experience can be quite inconsistent. I've visited a few times when the place was empty, and my order came out just right. However, when it gets busy, I've noticed that many orders are messed up and need to be remade, leading to significant delays. For example, my recent s'mores order didn't have any graham crackers mixed in, the marshmallow wasn't melted, and there was no whipped cream. I ended up accepting it since I had already waited 40 minutes. Another customer's order in front of me had to be redone three times due to errors, resulting in a lot of wasted ice cream and time. I’m not sure if the two employees were new, as I'm used to seeing different staff. Moving forward, I plan to visit on less busy days.

Please consider updating your online hours! My boyfriend and I arrived at 9:18, and the website stated that you close at 10 a.m. We assumed we would be served and that there would be plenty of time for you to clean and close. However, as soon as we walked in, an employee checked their watch and informed us that they had just turned off the machines at 9:20 a.m. We were just looking for a quick ice cream treat.
