We are here for lunch on our last day in general because they have my favorite vegan hot dog all the time! I get it every time I go, and I love it! It doesn't sound so good in the description, but it's really delicious. I want another one. View all feedback.
What Chris Cooper doesn't like about Hot Dog Hall Of Fame:
Hot dogs are great, but that's where it ends. They have a secret menu with a QR code on their billboard with special drinks.... I ordered one and it was completely ignored. When I came back up to the counter the girl had no idea what I was referring to, even when I showed her on the website. .......how can someone not even know their own menu. View all feedback.
The staff have no idea how to run this place. I waited about 45 minutes, even though there weren’t many customers. The manager was helping out and wearing gloves, but he touched everything (and sneezed) without ever changing his gloves. Several customers had to return because their orders were missing items. When I finally got my order, it was cold and inedible. The manager didn’t seem to care. I highly recommend avoiding this place!
I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The young man at the counter seemed unqualified for the job. It took me at least ten attempts to get my straightforward order (a hot dog with onions and mustard) across to him. He also mistakenly processed a $14 payment as fourteen separate $1 transactions, which was frustrating to witness and resulted in an excessively long receipt. Chip, you really need to improve in this area. On a positive note, the hot dog itself was enjoyable.
But here’s the highlight: the mustard bar is fantastic. I’m talking about a variety of flavors that rivals a bag of Skittles. They've got classic yellow, spicy brown, and even gourmet Dijon. It's a condiment lover's paradise, and I’m all for it. Now, let’s get to the main event—the hot dogs themselves are outstanding. You can load them up with an array of toppings, like chili, cheese, onions, and even relish if that’s your thing. It’s like constructing your own little masterpiece. So if you’re seeking a memorable hot dog experience, make sure to visit the Hot Dog Hall of Fame. Just be ready to spend some cash and wait a little while for your order. Enjoy!
First time here. Hot dogs were tasty. My son enjoyed it alsoFood: 5/5
This is a baseball fan 's dream: a baseball-themed eatery serving a menu of hot dogs from iconic stadiums around the United States, everything from a sauerkraut New York dog and a poppy seed bun from Chicago to authentic Milwaukee bratwurst and a relish-covered Boston dog. Located at 6000 Universal Boulevard in Universal 's CityWalk Orlando, at the Universal Orlando Resort, northwest of the interchange of I-4 Express and Route 435, Hot Dog Hall of Fame is a counter serve operation with outdoor, covered seating. Naturally, my wife and I favored a Chicago-style hot dog, a Vienna all-beef dog on a poppy seed bun with yellow mustard, neon relish, sport peppers, pickle spear, tomatoes, diced onions and celery salt. Like home, sweet home. But we also sampled a Milwaukee bratwurst sausage on a hoagie roll with grilled onions and spicy brown mustard, a Koegel dog from Detroit with Abbott 's Coney chili and diced onions and a Kansas City Vienna all-beef dog with pulled pork, coleslaw, pickle and BBQ sauce. With coleslaw, fries, chili cheese fries, draft beer and lemonade. Other cities represented in the Who 's got the best hot dogs? competition are Colorado, New York, Boston and Arizona. Also on the menu are Italian sausage, foot-long dogs, two-foot dogs, Vegan dogs and Nathan 's Famous hot dogs from New York. Is there any doubt that Chicago still is No. 1?
