Gideon's Bakehouse - Orlando

I had high expectations for the cookies based on all the hype, but unfortunately, both my companion and I were left disappointed. We had to wait around 10 minutes before being served, during which they provided us with a menu. We decided to order the mini cookie bits, which cost around $12 for approximately 6 pieces. Although it was interesting to taste the various flavors, we found the chocolate to be lackluster and the cookies themselves were dry and dense. The interior of the restaurant is lovely and the presentation was impressive, but overall, we were not satisfied enough to return.

Located inside a food hall, the cookies were a bit pricey but delicious. I also tried a full PB&J cake, which looked impressive but fell short in flavor. The cake was mostly dense cake and peanut butter, with very little jelly inside. I would suggest trying a slice before committing to a whole cake. I was with a group of nine people and we all struggled to finish it. In the end, we were left with a sinking feeling in our stomachs. I'll stick to just the cookies next time I visit.

The cookies were delicious, packed with chocolate chips and very flavorful. This was my first time trying them and I can definitely say I will be back for more. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend it. It is probably one of the best places I have tried for cookies, unlike any others out there. You have to give them a try!

If they want to go to gideon, make sure they get there early! this place always has a long line. we waited for 40 minutes for cookies. their cookies are good, but not as good as I expected.

Great marketing, the staff outside are dressed like someone from the Matrix/ Pirates of the Caribbean. Inside is like an inside in to Tim Burton's mind. Cookies/ cakes, all huge and unique. Very interesting place.
