El Rinconcito Restaurant And Bar

This is a very basic gas station spanish restaurant. We visited this restaurant earlier today, and the hostess/waitress seemed annoyed. I ordered white rice beans and chicken breasts with onions. The rice was hard and tasted like day old rice, the beans were watery and salty, the chicken was delicious. I did mention to the waitress that the rice and beans did not taste good, and she brought over sweet plantains. My husband ordered a cuban sandwich, and he stated that the sandwich did taste good. Pricing was average. We spent 40 on both meals. Unfortunately, I will not return back to this establishment. This is the second time that I have eaten here, and I wasn't impressed both times.

The Chinese is very good, the atmosphere is Latin and very pleasant, I recommend it.

The food was delicious, but when paying the bill they charged us different prices than those on the menu. The explanation according to the waitress was not coherent. It hurts them to lose customers because the food is actually good.
