Dunkin' - Orlando

The service at this restaurant was disappointing. I had to wait 20 minutes despite there being no one in line, and to make matters worse, the staff member felt the need to be rude on my way out. I chose to give this place a chance because of its overall reputation, but I was met with an unpleasant experience instead. When I quickly took my bag back after her poor service and attitude, she became confrontational. This is unacceptable; I believe this location should really reconsider its management and approach.

The restaurant closed 20 minutes early without any explanation. The person at the drive-thru mentioned that they had thrown everything out. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

"I had a fantastic experience with excellent service and delicious drinks, particularly enjoying the seasonal flavors! For my meal, I opted for takeout for breakfast, and I found the prices to be very reasonable at around $1–10 per person. The food rated a solid 4, while the service received a perfect 5. The atmosphere was also quite pleasant, giving it a 4. I highly recommend trying the croissant, iced latte, donuts, and Munchkins donut hole treats. As for parking, there was plenty of space available, and it’s great to have free parking options!"

This rather centrally located and busy intersection. Duncan does not have donuts for sale. They have a professionally printed sign that says they do not sell donuts. Do not waste your stop here. The employees are rather rude. When asked about their products available, I was only directed by a finger point to assign on the front counter that said no donuts. No munchkins available. The employees here are beyond rude and this location should rehire immediately.
