Had an amazing dinner at Deep blu! Everyonefrom the hostess stand, to the servers, the bussers, to the Manager Devin….everyone was professional, courteous and Guest Service oriented! My husband called a week ago to see if we need reservations, they said no just come by. The day of our trip, we called three hours ahead to double check if we need reservations, they said no just come by. We get there at 7:50 and asked to be seated. They said you need reservations and they have an open spot for 8:00pm. So we made a 10 min reservation to be seated in an half empty restaurant. Besides that, the service... View all feedback.
The service was terrible. We waited over an hour and a half for the kids' meal (sushi) and did not receive any apology.
Definitely a 10 out of 10! The ambianceâ¦the foodâ¦the serviceâ¦literally everything was perfect from The time we walked in until the moment we exited.
The crab cake appetizer was excellent, as was the grouper special. The service was very good, especially Ivan.
The food is delicious and the service is fabulous! I would highly recommend this restaurant to others!
It was a perfect place for a date night with my husband.
