Copper Canyon Grill - Orlando

The staff was very friendly and the place has a good atmosphere. My wife and I had steaks, the fillet was a little too good, I think the boss must have forgotten it! I had no complaints about my t-bone, which was medium and an excellent cut. The sides were great, the Maische potato was quite delicious. The bill was very cheap and I would definitely recommend this place.

Impressive Experience every visit!. We try to eat at Copper Canyon Grill once a month. We haven't ordered the same thing twice yet because everything has been amazing, and we want to try it all. The Rotisserie Chicken speaks for itself when you read the menu description. The Rattlesnake Pasta and the Ribs did not disappoint tonight. The wait staff has a great setup, so there's a team taking care of your table. Glasses do not go empty and plates are cleared promptly. The dessert menu is so rich along with a different chef's special featured. In November we had the Pumpkin Cheesecake and wish it was a recurring item. The lighting, music and clanking of silverware gives this place an upscale feel, but the staff is always great with our girls when we bring them. This place has it all and will continue to be a go to for our family.

Great Atmosphere, Great SERVICE and Ribs! This was my second time dining here. The first time the Ribs were sooo good I needed to come back. The meat fell off the bone, was very tender and the sauce was delicious. The prices are fair for an I-Drive restaurant (Ribs $26) This time my wife and I both ordered the ribs and they came our with the sauce a tad burnt. The flavor just wasnt there. We brought it to the attention of a waiter and the manager was at the table in miinutes. He offered a free rack to go, but I was not going to eat ribs twice in a week I turned them down and insisted that wasnt neccesary. The manager compted my order as well as our appetizer. Now thats service! We will definately be patronizing this restaurant in the near future.

Awesome Service!! Awesome Macaroni. This past time I came to Copper Canyon Grill, I came there for my favorite, their Macaroni and Cheese. Well since we had drove all the way up from Cocoa Beach, FL to eat here, I had always talked about their macaroni and cheese! Well so my step-dad ordered it also. Well right when our meals are about to come to the table a manager comes by and bares the unfortunate news they ran out of the Macaroni and Cheese and were only able to make one order. I explained that I came just for the Macaroni, he really went out of his way to do anything he could to make it right. He allowed me to get the crab dip on the house instead. Well then because they were so awesomely busy they took a little longer than usual to bring our food out, at this point another manager came by and told us since our food came out slow (not to bad though) he was going to take care of our entire bill for 4 people. Then the first manager came back by after hearing what happend and told us to order deserts, even if they had to be to go and they would cover those as well. I was amazed and proud of this restaurant for demonstrating top notch customer service and going out of their way to make things right. They took what could have made for a terrible experience and made it enjoyable, and ensured I would return again! Other restaurants could learn from the great management staff here!
