What Forrest Roberts doesn't like about Chocolate Museum Cafe:
We booked the fondue and museum tour. The tour wasn 't bad, it was only $8 9 per person and included an overview of the history of chocolate, chocolate sculptures, and some chocolate bar tasting. It 's not really a 'museum ' they 've just created some nice decorations to represent the history of chocolate. It 's kinda interesting if you 're looking to fill time while in Orlando, but nothing overly special. The fondue... View all feedback.
The tour was very interesting and informative. Our leader, Tony was great. Very personal and friendly. The chocolate selection is amazing. Anyway, glad we did. The cafe menu looked delicious. We will definitely come back. Only advice is when you book this tour through Groupon, make sure you get the tour paid. We bought the wine and truffle tasting, but only got the tour. I only knew that later.
This place was awesome, we had so much fun at the chocolate sculpture museum and doing the taste testing. The history of chocolate tour was pretty fun and informative too, and our guide was really good. My favorite part though we're the hand made chocolates. I had to try so hard to not walk out of there with 50 chocolates. My favorites were the exotic fruits (passion fruit), dark chocolate, lavender and honey, and key lime with white chocolate. But really you can't go wrong, they are all amazing. Definitely recommend this place to anyone passing through the area.
My mom and I came on a rainy day to do the wine/chocolate tasting tour. We really enjoyed everything. The tour lasted about an hour, was very informative, and ended with a tasting. Our wine tasting had 3 wines and 3 truffles. About 30 dollars each. Overall an enjoyable activity! Dave (hopefully I got his name right! was funny and easy to understand.
Dave our Tour Guide was absolutely Outstanding! A wonderful place to visit while in the Orlando area. We were definitely impressed by such an informative tour and tasting. It is definitely worth the cost. Military discounts can be applied if you have served. 5 out of 5
This is one of those hidden jems you would over look if your boss's sister's best friend had not told you to check it out. Well here I am telling you to check it out. Absolutely hands down bar none the best hot chocolate I have ever tasted in my life. The museum is a fun time filler too. Make this the sweetest side trip next time you come to Orlando, 10 out 10 I would recommend again.
